I've been in Maastricht for the last three days. I've been on the look out for interesting design, although I have yet to locate a used book store. 

 A poster, for what, I don't know.

Perhaps the world's most impressive bookstore/cafe Selexyz Dominicanen. It's in a 13th century Cathedral.
