Print Series: Cars of the 1970s / Batch 3

Below are the third set of five prints (of 20) of the second print series I’ve created for PrintCollection.com. In general I’m more interested in bicycles than cars, but I do have a fondness for the design aesthetics of 1970’s cars. I divided the twenty into 5 Northern European, 5 Japanese, 5 English and 5 American. Should I ever want to expand the series I will move on to France and Italy. Centerfold art for The Public Newspaper

I did an illustration for The Public (Buffalo New York’s new alternative weekly paper). The piece depicts the massive lake effect snowstorm that delivered 6 feet of snow south of the city. It was dubbed “The Knife” by the county executive because the snow cleaved the county in half. The print is now available in a range of sizes from PrintCollection.com (they publish my other print series). See it here.

State of America Prints Round 2 / Set 1

As I posted the day before yesterday, the full set of State of America prints are now available at PrintCollection.com. I'll be posting them in groups over the next week.

The Full State of America Print Series Now Available

In September I was commissioned to create a series of prints for Print Collection. We decided that the subject would be the official insignia of the American states which includes a surprisingly diverse collection of birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, grasses, trees, fossils, minerals, insects and more. Back on November 5th we released the first installment of the State of America print series. I have now completed the other 29 states and they are available on PrintCollection.com.
