A Stray Trolley Item from Down Under

I just received an email from someone in Australia who tipped me off to a service there called Trolley Tracker. Trolley Tracker encourages people to call a hotline and alert them to stray carts, er... I mean trolleys. For their efforts the caller is entered into a drawing for $1000. This sort of scheme has the potential to profoundly change the False Stray/True Stray dynamic. Check it out here.
